Following unprecedented legislation, the boards of Norwegian listed companies now have more than 40% representation of female board members.

The conference will provide a forum to assess the real-life impact of board diversity since the quota law was first proposed in 2002 as well as discuss the journey forward in Norway and the rest of the world.
